使命
- 推廣殘奧運動及鼓勵殘疾人士參與體育運動
- 推廣及發展不同種類的殘奧運動項目
- 提升香港殘奧運動員的競技水平
- 喚起社會人士對殘疾人體育運動的關注、支持及認同
- 挑選香港代表隊參加殘疾人奧運會、亞洲殘疾人運動會、全國殘疾人運動會及有關的國際認可比賽；以及全權管理參賽代表隊的事宜
- 管理及執行地區殘奧委會的工作
- 籌辦及推廣本地及國際賽事
Missions
- Promote Paralympic Movement and encourage persons with impairments to participate in sports activities
- Promote and develop various types of Paralympic Sports
- Enhance the competitiveness of Hong Kong Paralympic Athletes
- Advocate public support and recognition for the development of Para sports
- Manage the representation and selection of Hong Kong Team members to the Paralympic Games, the Asian Para Games, the National Games for the Disabled and related sanctioned international competitions
- Manage and execute relevant duties in fulfillment of the role of a National Paralympic Committee
- Organize and promote local and international competitions
